My request was at short notice, 4pm Tue, but I received the ton of prepacked ovoids on the day promised, Thurs, a little delayed due to delivery issues, but when delivered it was sorted literally 10 to 15min for a ton! I've known these boys for years and they are still going strong. My other supplier let me down as my lane is narrow, but these guys have a Cabstar which is narrower than the big transits. Highly recommended and appreciated for prompt delivery. Thanks boys.

Had our 1st delivery today and what a service. Outstanding, kinda, friendly lads. Already burning some coal and fantastic stuff to burn room is lovely and warm, no need for the central heating 😁

Can't fault them, easy to place an order and only uses top quality coal, easy to light or relight, and no problems whatsoever with delivery, they care about their customers, will definitely recommend you use them, you won't regret it

What an absolutely fantastic delivery service. Perfect timing, Leon was utterly helpful and accommodating. He carried the entire delivery from his van to my shed, up and down a short, steep incline too, and he was so friendly and polite. Lovely, lovely man, and a highly recommended supplier.
